Tips
Record lectures in real time while taking notes
Take notes while recording audio when using a Smartpen Notebook. When reviewing your notes, press the pen to a specific line to replay the audio recording at the exact time you wrote that specific note. Sit near the front of the classroom for best results.
Simple physical to digital conversion
After registering the smartpen online and downloading the Livescribe desktop application, you can transfer both audio recordings and copies of your notes onto your computer via USB. This process can be done automatically by utilizing the Livescribe mobile application.
Take your lectures on the go
Once your files have been transferred to the Livescribe application, you can extract your audio recordings as MP3 files to listen to on your way to class, on a trip, and anywhere you would like to study.
Share notes and linked audio with ease
Using the associated application, you can export your notes as PDFs and the recorded audio with your students/classmates.
