Managing Overwhelm: Balance in Stressful Times

In this session, educators came together with three experts, Lisa Laughman, Dr. Megumi Moore, Dr. Sheila Marquardt to discuss strategies for managing stress and overwhelm. Using peer-to-peer sharing, scenarios, and open discussion, this session explored practical strategies for maintaining balance and well-being amidst many demands. Attendee shared effective techniques for stress management, time prioritization, and self-care practices that can be integrated into their daily routines. Experts in the space shared their experiences and provided advice to help educators thrive in their roles. This event served as an opportunity to foster a supportive community dedicated to self-care and resilience.
